Shipping & Pickup

Free pickup at the spa

Choose Pick up at spa at checkout and collect your order at Cosmic Beauty Spa in Hudson, Florida, at no charge. We'll text you at the number you give at checkout when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days. Orders are held for 14 days; after that we'll reach out before cancelling and refunding an uncollected order.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.
• Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Florida sales tax (7%) is added to product prices at checkout.
• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location.
• Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may carry another shipping charge.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of shipping, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Send a photo if it arrived damaged and we'll replace it or refund you.

Returns & Refunds

Products

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase or pickup for a full refund of the product price.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare can't be returned, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.
• Reactions: if a product irritates your skin, stop using it and contact us. We'll help you find a better fit, and may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
• Original shipping charges aren't refundable. For mailed returns, the customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

How to start a return

Call or text (352) 410-9634 with your name and order details. Returns can be dropped off at the spa or mailed back once we confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

Services, consultations & appointments

• Appointments are booked and managed through our booking provider, GlossGenius. Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows follow the policy shown when you book.
• Virtual consultation deposits are non-refundable.
• Custom kits are put together for your skin specifically, so once a kit has been assembled or shipped, it can't be returned unless an item is defective or damaged.

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Skincare guidance is not medical advice

Skin quizzes, routines, product recommendations, and consultations are provided by a licensed esthetician for cosmetic purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For skin conditions, persistent irritation, or medical concerns, please see a dermatologist or physician. Always patch-test new products and follow label directions.

Your account

• Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Please provide accurate information, and don't use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Content and trademarks

The text, images, and design of this site belong to Cosmic Beauty Spa unless otherwise noted. Bioelements® is a registered trademark of its owner. We are an authorized retailer, and product names and descriptions are used with that in mind.

Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cosmic Beauty Spa isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida or federal consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, and phone number when you create an account or are added as a client.
• Skin information: your skin quiz answers, skin type and concerns, routines, progress photos you choose to save, and notes from your treatments. We use this only to personalize your care.
• Orders: what you bought, your shipping address if you choose shipping, and your phone number for pickup texts.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, but never your full card details.

How we use it

• To fill your orders, provide your services, and personalize product recommendations.
• To contact you about your orders, appointments, and reorder reminders.
• To send occasional news and offers, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who can see it

Your client records are visible only to you and to Cosmic Beauty Spa's licensed staff. We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our business. Those are Supabase for secure data storage and accounts, Stripe for payments, GlossGenius for appointment booking, and shipping carriers for delivery. We'd also share it if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Your data is stored with access controls so each client can only see their own records. Connections to this site are encrypted. Please choose a strong password and don't share it.

Your choices

• You can view and update your profile in your client portal.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account and records, by calling or texting us. We may keep order records as required for tax and accounting.
• This site is intended for adults. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. For major changes, we'll let account holders know.
